How to order your invitations in 7 easy steps

At Save the Date ordering your Wedding Stationery could not be easier. Our unique and attentive approach eliminates the stress factor,
making the whole process of choosing the perfect wedding invitation enjoyable and more efficient.

1.

 

As soon as you’ve decided on the style of your invitation and you are happy with the quote we have provided you with, we encourage you to contact us and request an Order Form. Fill in the form with your details (e.g. Bride’s Name, Groom’s name, Wedding Day and Date etc.) and return it to Save the Date by e-mail or by post. If you want to see samples before ordering, please contact us through our website or by e-mailing us at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  Due to the very large number of sample requests, we do have to charge a small amount to cover the sample and also a fee of €2.50 per each invitation which covers the admin costs, postage and packaging. However, the cost of your sample stationery is refundable against any future order placed with us over €200 (minus the postage & admin fees). We endeavour to send out samples within 10 working days, but during peak times this may be longer, in which case we will let you know. If your sample is urgent please let us know.

2.

On receipt of your Order, we will be asking you to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. An invoice and payment details will be sent to you via e-mail.

3.

At this stage, we will ask you to pick your fonts, wording style, colour of the font, embellishments etc. Based on your requirements, Save the Date will create an electronic proof or your wedding stationery. The proof will be sent to you by e-mail within 4 to 5 business days.

4.

When you are happy with the wording and style of your invitations, we will ask you to check carefully the spelling of names, venue details, location, date, times etc. E-mail us your comments/suggestions/changes and we will send you a second electronic proof. You will be asked to approve your wedding stationery final proof and sign off on it. Please note that we will not be held responsible for errors noticed after the final sign off on your proof. In this unlikely event, we can reprint your stationery but we will have to charge you, the customer, a fee to cover the additional work and materials.

5.

Once your approval is received, we will start processing your wedding stationery. Please note that usually an order takes between 12 to 14 working days to be completed, from the time of your final approval and sign off.

6.

Your wedding stationery is almost ready to be sent to you and we will kindly ask you to make the final payment which includes the remaining balance of 50% and delivery charges.

7.

Receive your order and enjoy the luxurious wedding invitations and stationery, all made with high quality card, materials and envelopes.

Please feel free to ask us to customise the colour scheme of your wedding stationery in order to match the theme of your wedding. We will be very happy to assist you. A list of fonts is also available and we will send it to you as soon as you place your order. You can also avail of our custom tailored service.
